WHAT WE DO
The Will of a Warrior focuses on sharing Richard's personal experiences as a son, Veteran, father, and retired police officer living with PTSD. He is raw and vulnerable, cutting through the clinical nature often found in sessions. Instead, he offers information in a personal and authentic way. Because of this approach, participants can relate to his story, and often recognize themselves in him.
THIS IS WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT - AND IT WORKS!
Why it works for our participants:

-
Clarity: Recognize What’s Really Going On
We break down the real-life signs of PTSD and depression in plain language—no clinical jargon, just honest truths. You’ll leave knowing what to look for in yourself, your partners, and your crew. -
Connection: You’re Not Alone in This Fight
Richard shares his story with zero sugarcoating—and chances are, parts of it will hit close to home. Whether it’s your own struggle or someone you love, this is about knowing you’re not the only one. -
Courage: To Speak Up, Step In, and Stay in the Fight
Whether it’s getting help or giving it, we build the kind of confidence that sticks.
You’ll leave not just feeling seen—but knowing how to show up stronger for yourself and the people who count on you.
Why it works for our partnering organizations:
-
Time: We Give It Back by Making Every Minute Count
We know your people are stretched thin. That’s why our keynotes and seminars are packed with real-world value—no fluff, no wasted time. Just raw, honest stories and tools your team can use immediately to support mental health, build resilience, and lead with purpose. -
Treasure: Protect the People Who Protect Everything Else
Your team is your greatest asset. When burnout, trauma, or silent struggles go unchecked, the cost is massive—financially and emotionally. We help safeguard your investment by building cultures that spot the signs early and respond with strength, not silence. -
Talent: Keep Your Best People in the Fight
Recruiting is hard. Retention is harder. We help you hold onto the ones who give a damn—by creating environments where it’s not just okay to ask for help, it’s encouraged. This is how we build teams that stay strong, stay sharp, and stay together.
OUR MISSION
SERVING THOSE WHO SERVE US TO SAVE LIVES
We deliver seminars, keynote speeches and continuing education courses to help
First Responders, hospital staff and broader audiences identify the real-life symptoms of
depression and PTSD, so they might seek help to overcome their struggles or support others in need.

We donate a portion of our proceeds to non-profit organizations that provide critical and urgent life-saving services to Veterans and First Responders.
